A. NSU was incorporated in 2007 in the State of Nevada as BICS and a name
change was filed to change its Corporate name to NSU Resources, Inc. in
November 2011.  Symbol will also be changed to NOST effective 
December 22, 2011

  Q. What is NSU's mission statement? 
A.  Our mission is to explore and develop high grade/high economic value ores, gold and rae earths, in all corners of the world in an expeditious manner. Our focus will remain being environmentally friendly and economically sound. Rare Earths are like plant chemicals, they are found in low concentration within a mixture of hundreds of other chemicals.  Therefore to be competitive, there is a need to develop an extraction process that will permit the cost-effective extraction of rare earths.   We need to be better than this others.  For this we are borrowing approaches that have been developed by the pharmaceutical industry where concentration of the commercial products from plan tissues is present in small concentrations that pose economic and technical challenges to purify. Shareholders will play a significant role in to our success by providing us the financial resources needed to grow the business to a significant mineral exploration company.
